Hi there !

 

Could you please delete the client and all the related remaining files and then download the most updated client from here PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD.

 

To help to totally clean the device/pc/mac/etc from the remaining files, after deleting the client you can use a software like Ccleaner that will help you to delete the temporary files.

 

Please, try that and let me know how it goes.

Can you confirm that you tried the following procedure?

  • Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included)

  • Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way

  • Download the latest and most updated client from
PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE

 

 

If you already tried as i suggested above/yesterday, to do a clean install and this didn't fix your issue, the only thing you can do is wait the new client.

 

The new client, that should be released in the near future, will be able to fix a lot of issues that have been found with the latest update.

 

There is not a estimated time for when the new client will be released, however an announce will be made on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord when it will released.

I suggest you to join it in order to be notified for when it will be released.
