why i still no halloween pokemons ? is that someone make my account with diffculty to get them

I have reason to doubt it！

last time in 3 year anniversary, untill i catch my 36 squitles i got the 1st clown one.

now i have caught 2 boxes of starters, but i still have none halloween.

If you do it, you have to admit it. or u can ban me then please dont be a coward that i despised !

Hi there !

 

I would like to inform you that there is not any bug or error related to the encounter of the new Hallioween Starters / Pokémon.

 

The Kanto Starters are all tier 9 or 9.5, in base of where you hunt them. Considering that, they are really rare Pokémon that may need a couple of time to be encountered.

 

There is not a specific time because it's all up to your luck, may be 5 minutes to find one or 2 hours.

 

Reemember that the chance of finding a Halloween Starter is 1/20 or 5%. That doesn't mean that you will find one of them each 20 Pokémon, that's because the chance is 1/20 for each encounter, and it always reset the next pokemon you encounter.
