Which starter is the best In IVS and in general?

First, pika is rather common in viridan forest, for me, just farm one instead of starting with one.

Second, charm is great but there are many choice FIRE types you can get in kanto, early on.

Thirdly, squirt is like charm, great but there many choice WATER types in kanto as well, early on.

Of course I choose bulby, as I find the other GRASS types in kanto, are not really strong enough.

(Another fact is, bulby can only be found in safari zone, which cost $$$)

Lols, that is what I think... I might be abit wrong.....

I am just a casual player, travelling around the regions, catching and hunting pokemons I find likeable~
