hello im a new player and i just got my charmeleon to lvl 17 and was supposed to learn dragon rage at lvl 17 but my game crashed when i was supposed to learn it and idk how to get it. can someone help?

I trust that i readed charmander learned dragon rage at lvl 18 on the Help chan IG.

 

Not sure, but try this. Btw, you'll encounter a Move Relearner at Cerulean. You have to pay 2k, but you can relearn a move :y:

idk it was 17 for me. i just hit 18 and nothing so :/

Server maybe consider you said no when it crashed :/

 

I don't know if GM help in this case, but you have again the option of move relearner in Cerulean ;)
