Unable to login to Gold, but Silver is working

I already tried running in game commands: clean reg, clearmaps

Already tried to re-download game.

Already tried running compatibility mode.

Already tried adding PRO to firewall rules.

Already tried Updating my drivers and OS.

All of those still did not fix the issue.

My temporary resolution is to use a VPN, but it's only a free trial for 7 days. I would like a permanent resolution/fix please? Using a VPN even slows the loading time of the maps.
