I haven't played properly for over 1 year. now I came back and went to Pinkan Island, but I can't remember completing the whole quest, I can remember starting it tho.

Now comes the strange thing: I handed the ranger over a scyther and electabuzz, and now I can go in the forest. I did this multiple times already. the strange thing is tho, there was a team rocket member inside, which I managed to beat, in the pokemart nobody is behind the desk, and officer Jenny in vermillion is telling me that she "will send reinforcements, while I ask around to see if anyone saw something suspicious". So I think I semi completed it, and there went something wrong with the save data or something like that.
