Clefairy is Tier 2, not even close to rare I would say.

If you land on earth and see that 2.5m is way too much as a starting bid(Even as an insta probably) I would be happy to start with 500k.

Could of sold in game for 1m+ easily so 500k doesn't come close regardless.
