I have about 35hrs+ into the game at the time of this post.

I just completed the psychic gym.

I am planning on levelling up my rock and fire pokemon.

I know I need water, rock and ground to fight the fire gym.

I just wanted to ask what the alternative is for Seafoam caves is for rock and fire type pokemon because seafoam caves is not really ideal for those type of pokemon to level up.

you can train in the building in cinnabar

Cinnabar mansion is the next best place I can think of,

as suggested by hahahaka.
