Hi , I need the support of one of the staff.

My Friend "Lifele" Cant join the server because it seem to be bugged in the game and appears online when he isnt.

We try everything , but we dont know what to do.

Any Suggestions?

This is a classic case of the UIS bug, which has recently occured again because server code was remove in order to find a resolution to the server deadlock issue. Tell your friend to remain patient, this will be fixed soon.

UIS = user in system. If this is the case it will display "user already logged in" when attempting to log in. If this message does not occur for you then you don't have UIS. There server cap is 150 at the moment due to being hosted on a vps, if it is full then you won't be granted access.
