the patcher is stuck in the same position for about 5min now

 

Hello,

Please try the following:

- Restart your computer

- Disable your Antivirus and reinstall/unzip the client

- If that fails, delete all PRO Files and re-download the client, also with antivirus turned off

- See if you have .NET Framework 4.0 installed, if not, install it

- Make sure you extract the client in a folder, not just in your hard drive/desktop
