Your Erdbube THe best nature for Santa Claus is basically the nature you would use the pokemon in PvP with, It depends on the pokemon. Whereas for the Grinch, You get bonus points for the pokemon having 0 nature, meaning the nature doesnt increase or decrease a stat on the pokemon.
