hello friends of pokemon pro, only with a hassle I have problems to promote the members of my guild. the system will not let me do it, help please

Hello there! Since you are the leader of your guild, could you try out the steps below?

1. Be removed from the guild as leader

2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader.

3. Have them kick you then reinvite you.

4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader.

 

For any of your officers that have this issue, they could follow the steps below.

1.Have themselves kicked from the guild

2.Be reinvited and promoted to Leader.

3.Get demoted back to Officer.

 

After completing the steps above, this should resolve your issue and allow you to promote your members or demote them. Let me know if this has worked out for you.
