Hi..i used my 15 days membership 2 days ago but in trainer card it shows that my membership is inactive[ATTACH=full]59749[/ATTACH]

Could you please restart your windows client now and see if the problem is fixed.

i play this game in android.

If you play on android, Could you please perform a Clean Installation

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps and look for PRO
  2. Force stop
  3. Clear both data and cache
  4. Uninstall
  5. Reboot your device
  6. Install again the apk and retry
