Huge thanks to everyone who participated, and to all the staff members that helped! And ofcourse, congratulations to both winners! Gold Server Winner: Idkup Silver Server Winner: Glogs Another year is soon to be over, and a new year is on the horizon. Which means, Pokemon Revolution's annual Hide and Seek event is coming! Every year, we organize this event to welcome our players into a new year with a simple, fun and rewarding event, and 2019 will be no different. When does it start and how do we join? The event will take place on Friday, January 11th, 22:00 CET for GOLD SERVER and Saturday, January 12th for SILVER SERVER. A temporary chatroom for the event will be created shortly before the event starts. If you wish to participate, all you need to do is be online at the designated time and use the command /cgjoin HideAndSeek to join the chatroom. Before we start, we will briefly describe how the event works for those who did not read this post. But please do read it, it will be easier for you to win! You will also be informed on which Staff Member you need to hand over your Pokemon to in order to win. What are the rules? After the brief description is done, Staff Members will give hints to where they are hiding in the HideAndSeek Channel. Each Staff Member will give a hint once every 5 minutes. If you miss the hint, you must wait for the next cycle or find out from another player. Staff participating in the event will have their PMs disabled. There will be no extra clues or hints and you will not be able to ask for them. - After you have found the Staff Member pay very close attention to your Local Chat. The Staff Member will post a riddle which you need to solve so you can find the clue. - You will need to find all Staff Members to finish the Event! - Do note that this will take place through all regions so being a Sinnoh champion is advised in order to successfully participate. Completed Subway and Teleport quests will also provide an advantage. - Once solved, riddles provided by the hidden Staff Members will each be linked to a Pokemon's: -Name- -Nature- -Gender- -Ability- - Required Region to be caught in- Once all of that is over and you solved the riddle, the last Staff Member who you will need to hand the solution of your riddle to will provide a hint to where they are hiding in the HideAnd Seek chatroom. First person who trades the correct Pokemon will win a randomly generated Shiny Solosis! So to put it simply, you will need to catch a specific Pokemon and trade it over to the last Staff Member, you will know which Pokemon that is if you successfully find all the hidden Staff Members and solve the riddles given out by them. Several important things to note in order to be successful: - Make sure to have all kinds of Synchronize Pokemon ready at your disposal! You never know which nature you will have to find! - You need to catch the correct Pokemon AFTER the event has started. Anyone who tries to submit a Pokemon that was caught before the event started will be immediately disqualified. - Make sure to finish all 4 regions! You never know where a staff member might hide! - Completed Subway and Teleport quests will also help you move through the world of PRO faster, thus improving your chances of success - Even though Name, Nature, Gender, Ability and Region are posted here in that order does not mean that the hidden staff members will give you riddles for all of those things in that order. First staff member might give you the riddle that reveals the Pokemon's gender, second ability, and so on. Riddles will not be in any specific order! You will need to figure out what the riddles are for yourself. Best of luck to everyone, and may the best seeker win! FAQ Q: I haven't finished all regions yet! What do i do? A: Don't worry! You still have 6-7 days before the event starts! Q: Why that specific time? It is late night for me! A: We decided on that time because it is most convenient for all timezones, proven by the number of players online peaking at that hour. Q: Will you edit my Shiny Solosis to have perfect stats? A: We will NOT edit the reward, the Shiny Solosis will be completely randomly generated. Q: What if i come after the event has already started? A: If it hasn't finished, feel free to join! You can ask other players for the hints you missed out on, do note that Staff will NOT give extra hints. Q: Does every server win one Shiny Solosis? A: Yes, each server will have a chance to win one. Q: Will i need Membership to participate? A: No, membership will not be needed and those who have it active will not have an advantage in any way. Q: Will the event happen at 22:00 CET for all servers? A: Yes, 22:00 CET is for all servers, only the date is different as stated above.
