Im using ms and bms now.

And i heard that my ms anf bms time is still going when server is in maintance and locked.

Can i get some reward with theese en convinence?

Last time maintance is almost 3hrs..

 

or if ms and bms time is not going?

 

I want to know what is true and it can be rewarded

The time keeps on going. Staff does usually not give people refunds for this, as it was made clear, that the game would have updates, that could affect your availability to play :) They do however compensate us on rare occasions, when servers have been down a lot. A single maintenance most likely will not be refunded.

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The server goes down whenever the admin needs to change something big in the game. If its a scheduled downtime, Its announced when the servers go down in the Discord Server.

When the downtimes last for a very long time, the would be compensational rewards, but your MS time does reduce unfortunately.
