This happens a lot. Therefor the staff members created a thread about this, information about how to restore a released pokemon can be found here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/index.php?threads/restore-pokemon-megathread.65786/.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are not able to recover your Mew. In order to get your Mew back, you would have to go to Nikola boss, which you can find in Trainers Valley. Here you can find a screenshot of how to getting there. You will have to beat the Nikola boss, then you will get the chance to re-fight Mew. Please note that you will not be able to use any items during this boss fight. I hope that this will solve your issue. If you have any questions, feel free to state them here.
