I'm not sure if this counts as a bug but I didn't see anywhere else to put something like this.

Anyways, as seen here the Bike Voucher states that it will give you a free bike, however when going to the Cerulean City Bike Shop the shop keeper will still demand 60,000P,1547322917037.png.f96da925cfa66339a1be56e7db4cedd8.png

I've tried dragging the Bike Voucher onto him, putting it in my hot bar and using it, and saying yes to the purchase to see if he does something along the lines of "Oh! You have a Bike Voucher, my bad" but he always just says I don't have enough money after choosing a color. Maybe my game is glitched? Or it's a dialogue mistake?

Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Your report is correct, the item has a wrong description, which misleads people that the Bike's price is 0 (free). However, that's incorrect, and in fact it costs 60.000 Pokedollars as you said. It has been forwarded to the appropriate parties, so that it is fixed. However, there is no Estimated Time of Arrival for it. In the meantime, you may do your Digspots (3 days cooldown), which can give you lots of money and be one step closer in acquiring your Bike.
