Strange "Bug"

Featured Replies

1. So. Whenever a pokemon dies, and I Switch pokemon, the died pokemons health looks like full at the left side and still can be chosen to fight. When i do this, the said and already dead pokemon tries to come in (trainer throws the pokeball) and then dies instantly. (Still Experiencing)

2. Whenever I change pokemons mid battle, sometimes i still see the 1.st pokemons xp bar. (Still Experiencing)

3. Sometimes using repels doesnt work. The game counts how many steps are still avalable with repels but i still get attacked (it happened at Seafoam 3 times, but only there)

Hello there, @Nvrgp22Greta

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. The bug you reported about the EXP is indeed correct, as our current UI (User Interface) is sometimes underperforming. There will be added a new and unique UI in the future, hence the contest we are holding, for the community to share their creations. If you wish to participate, make sure to read the REWORK EVENT: BATTLE UI thread. As for this bug, it is a minor one, so it probably won't be fixed soon. However, I thank you for informing us about it.

The same thing occurs with the "alive" Pokemon while they have already fainted. It might be fixed, but there's no ETA about it.

As for the repel problem, there are some cases when you may face Pokemon even when you are using Repels:

  • The Pokemon at the first slot of your party has a lower level from the wild ones.
  • You haven't activated the option "Lock On Repel Prompt", as shown in the following picture. If you have this option enabled, your game will freeze when the repel stops, which means that you will not find any Pokemon. (NOTE: there might be a slight chance of you finding Pokemon when the game freezes, but there's nothing that can be done about that, unfortunately.
