Pokemon Revolution Online offers to its community the chance to catch Pokemon up to Generation 6 (many legendaries are excluded, however. For a list of catchable legendaries, check out the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD). Marshadow was introduced in the Pokemon Scene in Generation 7, therefore it is neither catchable nor you have the chance to encounter it anywhere, as of now.
