Hi, I just found an item Route 32 (but he's not in my backpack) :

I remember I couldn't take it before, but now it talks about a "CD" and "Enza", is it a quest or a random thing?

Enza is a NPC standing a bit to the north of the item, she tells you she lost her CD.
