I just played in the hoenn region and caught a ralts. Then i evolved it into Kirlia and after some time it lerned Draining Kiss. Every time I use it it doens‘t heal me. I don‘t think it should be like this ^^

Your report about Draining Kiss is correct. It does not heal the user at all when it is used. However, that is already known, and noted in our LIST OF BROKEN MOVES & ABILITIES thread:


Draining Kiss: Doesn't restore Health Points.
