3) Your Eevee have to be your OT and evolved by you.

How to evolve Eevee to all evolutions

 

All 3 stones can be obtained in Celadon City Department Store.

~ Vapereon : Water Stone

~ Flareon : Fire Stone

~ Jolteon : Thunder Stone

 

I suggest bringing a rare candy for these 3.

~ Leafeon : Level up Eevee in Petalburg Woods

Route 104

 

~ Glaceon : Level up Eevee in Ice Path

[spoiler=Glaceon Evolution Location]

Blackthorn City

 

~ Sylveon : Level up Eevee in Love Island

[spoiler=Sylveon Evolution Location]

Talk to Love Island Sailor

 

I suggest earlier the better for the time!

~ Espeon : Gain max hapiness and win a battle with Eevee during day time 6:00am to 5:59pm

~ Umbreon : Gain max happiness and win a battle with Eevee during night time 5:59pm to 6:00am

 

5) Return back to Devan and be rewarded with an eviolite!
