Description and Message

Started PRO and got membership after a few hours of playing before I realized how hard it is to login. It was fine before when I could just spam login and get in like 15 mins at most but no way am I getting queued for 2 hours this is ridiculous. I'd like to request a refund as I simply don't have the time or patience to wait this long to login when I only have an hour or two of time to play anyway.

so queue system not a reason to refund..

and i can login instantly in 10 mnts with 1000 queue waiting..

just have patience,you'll get in less than 10 mins ,its better than spamming the log in button causing things to freeze up

Less than 10minutes? you maybe meant 100. Took me one hour and 20minutes to login eariler and game crashed after 10minutes of playing.

The reason for refund is not reasonable! :n:

I feel you requesting a refund on a donation is a pretty crummy thing to do really. Bear in mind it is a DONATION. In addition to this, (and I feel I have to post this on most topics) the game is in LIVE BETA meaning there are bound to be issues, and you DONATING is your way of backing this indie game made by no more than 10 people; this isn't a steam game, there is no big studio behind this and can say that you won't get a refund.

Stop with this refund kids.....jesus christ...grow up...this is a BETA server!!! They already warned you that things like that might happen! Im just donating cuse of the high benefits yes but also for supporting the cause!!

 

About the queque system. Took me 1 hour and 20 min waiting yeah BUT I dont mind actually. In that time you can play other games such as Pokemon World Online or just do something else!
