There is a bug where the pokedex shows all the evolutions I've done on Silver server while I'm loged on gold server on the Pokedex.

It shows the good number of catched, seen and evolved pokemons but I et all the informations about all pokemons and the stars that are meant to say I successfuly evolved the pokemon.

 

It's just as follows:

I have no clue as to why it happens, hope it can help you anyway.
