Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Could you please uninstall your current version of PRO and delete all files related to it?

Afterwards, please head to the Downloads section of the PRO Website and download the latest client of PRO depending on your device.

 

If you are using a Windows Client, simply close your client and open it up once again, as the auto-updater will patch your client to the most up-to-date version of PRO.

 

If you are using an Android Client, you may want to try out these few steps before downloading the latest client:

  1. Uninstall PRO and delete all files related to it, including the previous .apk file you used.
  2. Use the CCleaner App to clear out your devices cache.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Download the latest client from the Downloads section of the PRO Website.
