Hey there, Shonnie.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Last Saturday, a new client was uploaded holding the fix for the mailbox problem. It was however an optional update, meaning it wasn't needed to log onto the servers.

Redownloading the client should solve your problem. Download links can be found here.

How do I take things out the mailbox because when I click the item the tab closes

Hello there!

 

Like Glogs has stated, there was a mailbox bug that was fixed the past Saturday which didn't allow users to take their items from the mailbox.

In order to have this fix applied to your client, if you are a Windows user, please restart your client and the the auto-updater will apply the bug fix patch.

 

If you are an Android user/Mac user, you will need to uninstall PRO and download the latest client on the Downloads section of the PRO Website.

Before downloading the newest client, if you are on Android, be sure to:

  1. Delete all PRO related files, including the .apk file you have used previously.
  2. Clean your device's cache using the CCLeaner app.
  3. Restart your device.
