To PM a user, you can right click or double click on their player, or name in the chat, and click the Message option or use the PM command. The command is /pm yourname-=-theirname. If this does not work, can you provide a video showing you performing these actions? Let me know if this works out for you! If you do try to PM using your Mac again, can you please try the steps I have stated before, along with a video proving you have indeed performed these actions to see if it works?
