Hello there!

 

I would like to inform you that this is in fact the minimum game zoom you can have from your Options.

 

 

If you wish to zoom out further, by swiping down from the top of your screen, you are able to open up the console. In here, type the command Staffview 1 and you will be able to zoom out further. If you don't like how far the zoom is, you can change it back by typing in the command Staffview 2 on the console.
