I am the Guild Leader of Phoenix in Silver Server, and I am unable to promote one of our members to Officer. I relogged multiple times, and had the member relog to no effect. I also have an inactive officer that I can't demote without them online it seems. I would appreciate some type of help please c:

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Since you are the leader of your guild, could you try out the steps below?

1. Be removed from the guild as leader

2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader.

3. Have them kick you then reinvite you.

4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader.

 

For any of your officers that have this issue, they could follow the steps below.

1.Have themselves kicked from the guild

2.Be reinvited and promoted to Leader.

3.Get demoted back to Officer.

 

After completing the steps above, this should resolve your issue and allow you to promote your members or demote them. Let me know if this has worked out for you.
