my name changed but PM OT are different , the new one named Blackcatxiii ,

I want my Name is BlackCatXIII ,

and maybe have some bug in Guild. I cannot see my new name now .

I would appreciate if you could help me solving this bug .

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Your new name has capitalized letters as you can see on your forum name. Having this name in-game is not possible, in order to avoid issues with NPCs asking for OT Pokemon, such as Hannah, who you need to talk to in order to go to Sinnoh. We are aware of the guild bug, but this should hopefully be fixed once the server crashed/restarted. Unfortunately, there is no ETA about that. Planned maintenances are announced on PRO's Official Discord, so feel free to join that Discord server for future updates.
