You don't need to be maximized on speed on this one. Fake out do the job. It can easy revenge kill azumarill doing 50% dmg on an azumarill with fake out.

 

That's the point of this pokemon , fake out =o , all other ivs as high as fuck.. so yeah it's still epic. Anyway if you don't like it i don't force you to offer , just ignore.
