I would like to reset my account, resp. to reset my game's progress. I want to experience more the story line and change my starter pokemon.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I've already searched for help with the forum's search engine, looked up the FAQ and checked my account setting at pokemonrevolution.net

It seems there isn't any possibility to reset the game's progress on my own.

actually you cant reset your acc, you'll need to create a new one but you can have 2 acc per email
