um my oddish was supposed to learn mega drain from leveling to level 19 but it somehow got sleep powder instead of mega drain even tho at the top it said "Oddish is trying to learn mega drain"

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not able to replicate the problem. Is it possible that you may have leveled up from lvl14 to lvl19 in a single battle? If so the moves should've showed up one after the other.

Anyway, To remedy the situation, You can use the relearners present in each region to learn mega drain again.

 

Kanto Region - Cerulean and Saffron city.

Johto Region - goldenrod and blackthorn city.

Hoenn Region - Slate port and sootopolis city.

Sinnoh Region - Heathome and snowpoint city.
