There was a story quest your supposed to do, in Goldenrod, in the right order but I did a main factor of it before the quest started (I think or I'm a complete idiot). There is this officer that your supposed to give a bottle to and put to sleep(/paralyse? ) and give you granted access to an important area, and I did it before hand(like I said). It's either that or another officer like maybe the one guarding the tower? I'm not sure but I did something wrong. Yeah it's confusing, I know.
