It is not possible to re-send an activation email, however, there are known issues with web.de, orange, yahoo and a few others.

 

Things you can do:

Firstly, ensure you've entered the correct email address.

 

Secondly, try using GMail, it's much more reliable and has resolved the majority of activation email issues. Ensure the gmail address is also correct.
