Hello there! Sorry for the late reply.

The servers seemed to have been very unstable before and we have been working on it.

Itseems as though the problem does not persist anymore.

You can join our DISCORD SERVER for latest info on whether the server is stable or not and you could also use the command ^up in #bot-commands to check if the server is online.
