Auction house system or personal shop system

I have noticed that most players are online at a specific time period. Unfortunately that is not useful for everyone because of different time zones or work times. This has a huge effect on trades, buy/sell of many trainers. So i suggest this. An auction house or a personal shop system. Auction houses exist in most mmorpg to put an item for sell or looking to buy something. It is extremely useful because no time zone or online players are needed. for example i can put there 2 pokes or items for sale or i can buy something from an offline player. I think it would be best if it is like runescape's Grand Exchange. We can have only 1 auction house in every region. Non members can put only 3 items or pokes for sale at the same time and members about 9. All auction houses in all regions are connected. Kanto champion is required to have access to auction house. 5% fee will be removed during the sale for the auction. That may give motive to some players to still use the trade channel so it will not die. Also the trade channel can be the place to adveertise pokes or items that the player has in auction house and not only asking for buy/sell. As it is happening now by advertising offers in forum sales. The second thought is the personal shop. The idea comes many years ago while i was young and playing lineage. There can be a huge building, maybe named The Grand Mall. There the player can set up his own shop, chosing his items and prices that wants to sell or even buy and have a label over his head visible all times. Other players can interact with this shop. The shopkeeper is idle and not in state of afk to avoid logout by the system. But i think that the personal is not practical usefull because needs a lot of space in game and a lot of time from players checking each one. I believe that the auction house system is the best and it help upgrade the game and its internal economy
