I would like to inform you that the reason you can no longer catch any other Pokemon is due to you reaching the 900 Pokemon, or 60 boxes worth of Pokemon, stored in your boxes, which is the amount of Pokemon you can have in your PC before the message prompts "You cannot catch..." while attempting to capture Pokemon in the wild. 1000 is the maximum amount of Pokemon you can have in your PC, but you can only use the 100 Pokemon extra storage for trading.

 

In order to to be able to catch more Pokemon, you will need to release some of these Pokemon and then you should be allowed to catch more.
