I would like to inform you that minun is from hoenn region, and for entering Love Island you need 120+ kanto pokemon caught. Here is a guide on How To Access Special Areas. I would like to inform you that, the game is a fan-made game and you are able to catch pokemon indigenous to another region in Kanto. Although, to enter Love island, They need to be indigenous to Kanto only. You can check your pokedex and the first 151 pokemon are indigenous to kanto. Let me know if you have further questions.
