I would like to thank your time for making this bug report, however I would like to inform you that Stone Edge is working correctly, Stone Edge's only effect is an increased critical hit ratio, it doesn't hit Pokemon when using Fly, unless the Pokemon using Fly or your Pokemon has the ability No Guard, which guarantees a Pokemon move to land 100% of the time on it and the opponent. I hope I was able to clarify this for you. Do you have anything else you wish to ask?
