And you can not leave the translation to a volunteer like me?

This game is originally and still English and meant for players who could understand english itself.

So I would advice you to learn english instead asking us to translate this game to your native.

Furthermore, translating is not that simple, or rather time consuming and really hard.

First, we need trusted & experienced volunteers to do the translation on the script

Second, NOT only 1 native language, but we need almost all or majorities native translations in PRO, not only spanish or french.

Third, I will move this thread to proper subforum and lock it since we already discussed same topics before.

and back to my main point.

Learn English[/quote2]

I can't believe this is the real answer of this proposition. The problem is not to 'learn english' (nobody will seriously learn a entire language to understand a game), but imagine you want to play a new pokemon game but all the name of pokemons and attack, items... and all specific terms of the game are in another language, this is not only learn english, this is learn english AND all the english names of pokemons, it's just unplayable and it ruin all the charm of the adventure. You have to make an effort to understand every single move, compare any english pokemon name with ours... Personnaly I would love to have a French translation and i'm not the only one whatever if there is no spannish/russian/chineese translation at 1st, is it so important ? Will you really translate the game in 50 languages and release all of this together ? I don't think so. I can understand that this is hard work and it can be complicated to make it happen, but don't tell us 'learn english' that's ashame. I speak english (or at least I try), but it still ruin it ingame. There is really no solution to solve this ? It could be great for a huge community, and same thing for any country with a different native language.

We will not be translating any npcs to any other language but english. If you do not like it you are not forced to play. Topic Locked.
