So i was battling a guy in ranked pvp queue.

 

I was using a Roserade vs. his Breloom. We continued to hit each other with giga drain and drain punch and i noticed that the damage my giga drain

did was varying like crazy. One time it would barely scratch him. Other times it would take like 30% damage. Literally like 10 times the damage.

 

There has been so many problems with Drain Punch so i guess it could because of that. Don't know but yea, very strange.
