I have checked your account and found that you have not merged your account. you would need to got to your DASHBOARD and Merge your account by clicking on merge and then selecting your main server (Red Server) and then merge your account. Note: If you still can't login, try changing your password in the DASHBOARD and add alpha-numerals to your new password. Let me know once you're done.

I can only merge the silver one. and i got 0h play on it.

I was playing on gold one.

I will try to change my password.

That shouldn't be the problem as the message that would come when you need to update the client is different.

Anyway, about the problem. Itseems as though you have more hours of playtime on the old red server, would you like to be unmerged and recover that account or change the password and use the gold server account?
