I am sorry for the late reply and for any inconvenience that might have been caused. You lost the rating due to a server rollback. You therefore did not lose any rating, you just did not receive the rating from the previous match. Please keep in mind that PRO is still in its beta phase, and therefore similar issues may come up over the course. If you happen to have further questions, feel free to let me know.
