NEED HELP PLEASE,

I accepted a couple of pokemon to EV train thinking that they would be unlocked in the next region but it turns out I need beat the next region before I can unlock the pokemon. Would like to give the pokemon back to their rightful owners but they are locked in my pc.

    If there are other pokemons to transfer i need you to tell me the names and the IDs. Also a screenshot of these pokemons in your PC if possible.
