resolved guild officers unable to invite members

I recently made a guild with a few friends and promoted them to officers. however, they are unable to invite new members. they've even tried relogging in the game. Is this a common or known issue? if so I apologize and will wait for further action.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Since you are the leader of your guild, could you try out the steps below?

 

1. Be removed from the guild as leader

2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader.

3. Have them kick you then reinvite you.

4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader.

 

For any of your officers that have this issue, they could follow the steps below.

1.Have themselves kicked from the guild

2.Be reinvited and promoted to Leader.

3.Get demoted back to Officer.

 

Let me know if this procedure worked out for you. Also, you might want to relog after completing the 3rd step, sometimes it helps. Have a great day!
