so .. i heard that you can change your bell of the legendary dog more than once but in my case i already changed it once so the scientist has already disappeared is there a possibility for me to change it again or not ?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that if the Assistant NPC that changes the bell does not appear for you, you should move on these tiles as shown in the screenshot I will provide you with, to make him appear. http://prntscr.com/n32l5m However, this still requires that none of the Legendary Dogs have spawned to you.
