I would like to inform you that if the Assistant NPC that changes the bell does not appear for you, you should move on these tiles as shown in the screenshot I will provide you with, to make him appear. http://prntscr.com/n32l5m However, this still requires that none of the Legendary Dogs have spawned to you.
