i already tried both PRO 64 bit and 32 bit, but they have a same problem about the toolbar...

also i cant open the "esc" menu when already in game...

i need a solution for this..

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Below there are some steps you will need to follow, in order to attempt fixing this issue you are experiencing:

• Make sure you try doing the steps below while having the x64 client downloaded. Here's the link to download it.
  
• While having the x64 client installed, try to change the resolution of your client to the one your monitor / TV has. E.g if your monitor is 1920x1080, change it to that setting. While doing that, click on the box "Fullscreen" as well.
  
• If the step above does not help, try all of the different resolutions while having Fullscreen selected.
