Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm very sorry for what you have faced. However, It is very important that you always check your internet connection twice before battling bosses, as it is unable to respawn them and it would be unfair to other players if i were to reward you alone for this.

As the game is still in Beta, There will be crashes in the game.

If it is a scheduled crash, You will be notified about it in the Discord Server. If you suffer from long downtimes, the staff members may give compensational rewards.

If it is was a crash from your side.

Could you please try the following steps to fix the crash:

- Check if you have the right specifications.

- Check if your drivers are upto date, or just update them a driver update software.

- Try using compatibility mode -> Windows 7

- Scan your computer and clear out the cache.

- Make sure that PRO32.EXE or PRO64.EXE are added to your firewall exceptions.

- You download the DirectX files HERE.
